Genuine service and great quality

Ordered a couple of everyday items for the house. The products are genuinely decent quality and feel solid. There was a slight delay with Australia Post, but support replied to my email the same afternoon with an updated tracking link. Will be ordering again. Exactly as described

First time buying from Shift Living and really pleased. Both items arrived well-packaged and work exactly as advertised. It’s refreshing to find an online store where the items match what you see on the screen. Great experience overall. First time buying from Shift Living and really pleased. Super helpful customer support

I accidentally entered the wrong postal code during checkout and panicked, but the support team sorted it out within an hour before dispatch. The parcel arrived smoothly a few days later, and the quality is spot on for the price. Very happy.
